“I have the unique experience of working in my employers home. Since I've been here for 9 years, I've experienced several major projects performed by The Golden Hammer and crew. The level of organization and follow-through ranks very high as does the quality of the work. But I especially admire the monitoring that Scott Miller does routinely on a job. When I first started this job. The Golden Hammer had already completed a bathroom remodel. The next project was to convert an old turn of the century porch into a working office space. It was a very complex project that was in concert with employees working. We were kept abreast of each day's activities and were told what to expect for the next day. No disasters happened and the result is a full-functioning office space that appears to have always been this way.

There was one particular repair that needed to be done-the sidewalk. This project happened years after I had worked with The Golden Hammer on many projects and I had the experience of many of his sub-contractors. I thought this was a project I could coordinate and Scott thought so too. We agreed that should problems arise that I would bring in Scott to handle it. There were no problems, but I knew that Scott was there should any arise.

Another time I noticed an endless stream of water coming down the alley. It was the holidays and I was the designated problem-solver. Scott was available by phone to walk me through various scenarios to determine the problem. He even put a couple of the Golden Hammer crew members on high alert should I need some fast work done by them. Turns out it was another utility's problem and we weren't effected. I was very comforted, as was my employer to know that The Golden Hammer was available to help us.

We always call the Golden Hammer to get the name of an “authorized Golden Hammer sub-contractor” and have been happy with these recommendations.”
