About Us
As a company, we want to attract and develop relationships with truly good people. We love what we do and want it to last. We approach our business with the following in mind:
Calling Back. With 35 years in business we will usually have a backlog of projects/work. However, we WILL call you back to discuss your thoughts, ideas, plans and time frame. We continually look to forge long term relationships.
Showing Up. We love to see the job completed. We arrive and finish when we say we will arrive and finish. Once a project is started, it stays on schedule until completed. No midstream disappearing acts.
Building Consciously. All projects are approached with skill and precision. Creating solutions and using methods that will last. Thinking long-term with sustainability in mind. It is in everyone’s best interest to have it done right the first time.
Only safe, dependable tradespeople. These are intelligent-thinking people who have been with us 10-35 years! We will not take chances with unknown/unproven people in your home.
We talk with our clients. Open and honest communication always. We like reasonable people and hold ourselves to that same standard. We listen…a paramount element to successful relationships.
Tidy R’ Us. Neat, clean and tidy in your home. We treat your home as we would want our home treated. We find this to be a key element in the overall satisfaction of our clients and an important part of the success of every project. And it makes our mothers proud of us. J
We enjoy our clients. A very common and appreciated compliment usually comes when we finish. Our clients are prone to tell us how much we will be missed, that everyone was just terrific. We truly value the relationships created with each of our clients and enjoy watching as they become a part of The Golden Hammer family.

- Providing you with real, intelligent human life forms as workers, subcontractors, etc.
- You will be able to converse intelligently and discuss particular elements of project with them as needed.
- You will enjoy a spirit of cooperation with each and every person working on your project.
- Exceptional care and consideration of your family, pets and possessions
- Accepting nothing less than total focus on meeting your needs.
- Meeting or exceeding your expectations is our 100% focus. Getting you what YOU want and need. Our primary objective then, is to provide you with what will work best for you and your family, in your particular situation.
WHAT WE WON’T DO FOR YOU
Every bit as important as what we will do for you, is what we won’t do. We will not:
- Perform any sort of work that will have a negative impact.
- No ugly designs. No ugly additions which don’t flow with or complement the existing structure.
- Take on more work than we can adequately handle. This means:
- There is only so much we can do; we know what it is and will not exceed it.
- Your project has a schedule and stays on it; barring occurrences beyond our control.
- You’ll never be left to wonder when or if anyone will show up to work on your job.
- Annoy you with loud, obnoxious music.
- Bother you with the presence of a worker’s dog on the job site. This is strictly forbidden!
- Take on a project that is large enough to monopolize too much of our time, thus limiting our ability to service our other clients.
